Questions people ask
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we refund any credits you have not used. No forms, no questions about why.
Is this a subscription?
No. Packs are one-time payments. Nobody wants a lost pet subscription, and we will never charge you again without you choosing to.
Do the images expire?
Your credits do not expire. You can come back days later and make an update pack when something changes.
What is the Neighbor Alert Pack?
Three images made from your poster details, sized for Facebook groups and Nextdoor (square), the Facebook feed (tall) and Stories or WhatsApp status. It comes with post text you can copy. You can see a free watermarked preview once a day; the clean HD pack is a one-time purchase.
Is it really free?
Yes. The poster and the flyer are free forever, with no watermark and no signup. You can make as many as you need, in color or black and white, on Letter or A4. The only paid extra is the clean HD version of the social images (the Neighbor Alert Pack).
