The short version
- We use your pet's photo and the details you type only to make your files.
- Your phone number is printed only where you put it. We never print your address.
- We do not sell your data and we do not use advertising cookies.
- You do not need an account. Email is only needed if you buy or ask for free preview images.
- Ask us and we delete your photos and details.
What we collect
- Photos you add. We remove location data (EXIF/GPS) when we save them.
- The poster details you type (name, place, date, phone number and so on).
- Your email address, only if you give it to us (purchase, free images, contact form, sign-in).
- Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see your card number.
- Basic technical data: a session cookie, your approximate country (to pick paper size and currency) and anonymous usage events.
Your poster draft (details and a small copy of the photo) is saved in your own browser so you can come back and update it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Why we use it
To make and re-send your posters and images, to process payments, to answer your messages, to prevent abuse, and to understand in aggregate which parts of the site work. Our legal bases are performing the service you asked for, our legitimate interest in running a safe service, and, for optional emails, your consent.
Who processes it
Photos and generated images are stored by our image-processing provider so we can produce and redeliver them. We also use a hosting provider, a payment provider and, if you give us your email, an email delivery provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.
Cookies and analytics
We use one essential session cookie to keep track of your credits and files. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Analytics events never include your email, phone number, address or photos.
How long we keep it
Poster files are generated on request and are not stored on our side. Uploaded photos and alert images are kept so you can download them again, until you ask us to delete them or after 12 months without use.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or deletion. If you are in the UK or EU you also have rights under the UK GDPR and the GDPR, including the right to object and to complain to your data protection authority.
